Served as content manager for JournalNow.com, the Web site of the Winston-Salem Journal, supervising four content producers and one multimedia reporter. Managed all aspects of the digital delivery of news, including social media initiatives. The content team works closely with Web production and print production teams to maintain a consistent and high-quality user experience. Trained staff in use of content-management system and audio/visual tools for storytelling.

Supervised team of four reporters and one assistant editor with special focus on breaking news and multimedia content for JournalNow.com.
Worked with all newsroom departments and the content-management team of JournalNow.com to develop and produce multimedia components and presentations.
